She previously served as the CEO of the country’s largest apparel retailer, backed by a leading Private Equity firm, where she drove operational excellence and value creation. Prior to that, as Head of Group Strategy at Central Group Vietnam, she led corporate strategy and M&A for a USD 1.5 billion portfolio before taking charge of department stores, health & beauty (FMCG), and multiple fashion brands. Her deep network within corporate and family-owned businesses in Vietnam adds strategic value to the firm. Cuc Anh’s background also includes roles at The Boston Consulting Group (Asia), The World Bank Group (USA), and Alvarez & Marsal (Singapore), where she continues to serve as a Senior Advisor. Recognized for her leadership, she was instrumental in securing the Retail Asia Award 2022: Apparel Retailer of the Year (Vietnam).
